Q - I just love the music, how do I order?
A - You can email, fax or call your order!
Q - How can I pay?
A - We prefer you use your credit card, but you may also send
a personal or company check along with your order to; Paradise
Music, Suite 240, #444, 3605 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta, GA,
30066. Sorry, but return checks are subject to a $25 charge.
Q - How do I know my credit card order is secure?
A - We understand your concern for having your personal information
secure. All Payments are processed through WorldPay's secure
server. We do not keep any credit card information on our site.
We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Also
we will never share, sell, or trade your personal information
to other parties. If you prefer to Fax your order to us, please
fax to Paradise Music at 770-924-1901.
Q - This is a UK based credit card company,
will I have to pay exchange rate because the British pounds exchange
my order will be expensive!
A - All orders are processed and paid in US Dollars.
Q - How long will it take to receive my order?
A - Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 days. With USPS we cannot
guarantee delivery. Priority mail is 1-3 days

Q - What about faulty items and refunds?
A - Products are well packed and should arrive in excellent condition.
If, for any reason, a product arrives faulty then Paradise Music
will immediately replace the damaged item, the faulty item must
be returned to Paradise Music, Suite 240, #444, 3605 Sandy Plains
Road, Marietta, GA, 30066. . Upon receipt of your return, we
will issue you a full refund of the purchase price to your credit
card. We cannot credit your shipping charges.
Q - What if my choice of Music is not in stock,
will I be charged delivery twice?
A - All orders that are backordered, when shipped will be mailed/shipped/delivered
to you free of charge. We will use the method of shipping you ordered.
Q - I live in the rest of the world how do you
handle your International orders?

Q- Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
A - Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We are sure that
your choice of purchase will meet your expectations.
Q - Can I track my order?
A- We always request Confirmation delivery from the USPS (we like
to know our parcels arrive safely!) Please email or fax and we
will be happy to let you know/advise you of the tracking number
? soo you can question your neighbor who signed for it!
Q - Who is your customer service and how can I contact them?
A - Please email our US Sales Director at sarah@paradise.us.com
and she will be more than happy to help you with any query you
may have. If she takes a vacation anytime (we may not let her)
your email will be answered by our UK head office.
