Q - How do I know my order is secure?
A - We understand your concern for having your personal information secure. All Payments are processed through PayPals
secure server. Paradise Music & Media Inc. does not keep any credit card information on our site. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Also we will never share, sell, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Q - How long will it take to receive my order?
A - Orders placed are
processed and shipped Monday though Friday. Usually within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped USPS media mail. (delivery times not guaranteed by USPS), unless accompanied with a display stand; display stands are shipped via UPS. If you have any questions regarding your order,or if you need product faster, please feel free to email jane@paradisemusic.us.com or call our Florida Sales office on 239-592-7300. Q - What about faulty items and refunds?
A- Products are well packed and should arrive in excellent condition. If, for any reason, a product arrives faulty then Paradise Music & Media Inc.will immediately replace the damaged item or refund in full. For a full refund, 
the faulty item(s) must be returned to our warehouse at Paradise Music, 2590 Northbrooke Drive, Suite 306, Naples, FL  34119.
